[RCAC] November Meeting and Workshop Agenda

Hi everyone, Please see below for the agenda for the regular November meeting. Also, please note that we'll be having a pre-meeting workshop at 5:30 p.m. upstairs in Room 303 of the Avery C. Upchurch Municipal Complex (city hall) to review recommendations from the 2009 RCAC Retreat.
