Yes, this is definitely a scam. I received the same email through the Community SCALE listserv. I talked to Norm around 8:30 this morning. He had already received several calls. I told him to change his password immediately and notify at&t. He had received an email requesting confirmation of his ID and password or risk the closing of his account.
