Thanks for sending an updated version of the handbook. Two comments: * Our vision: did we agree to this vision: "To perfect the citizen experience"? If so, I'm sorry to have missed the discussion about it. I'm not in favor of perfecting the citizen experience at the expense of future generations of citizens or of the environment. * Formatting: The handbook seems to be formatted to for a PowerPoint presentation, making it 29 pages long. I'd recommend formatting it so it takes less paper to print. An easy way to do this might be to leave the first section in PowerPoint style and revert the pages from 13 back into a more typical printed document. I'd like to take several copies to my next CAC meeting to interest new leaders. ... Our intent is for this to be a live document and we will update as new information is presented and voted upon by the group for inclusion.
