Hey Mark, We actually have a moratorium on tiny URLs right now. We get so many requests and it was becoming a real issue. So, we just put a hold on all until after we transition to the new site (at least the end of the year). I think you make a good case of CAC, but that URL may have to be tweaked a little. I'll pass it along to Beth Stagner in Web Services, her department creates them, and we'll revisit it when we get closer to live launch in December/January.
