CAC Chairs, At the last RCAC meeting on Jan 20th, 2010 I was asked to coordinate our input to the Text Changes TC-1-10 and TC-2-10. Before I realized it the Planning Commission separated TC-1-10 and approved it by a split 7-4 decision with some adjustments. Council has shifted this TC to the Comprehensive Planning Committee of Council which will review the TC at their Wednesday, Feb 10, 2010 meeting according to the attachment. If you have any concerns or issues please send me an email so I can ensure all CACs are represented. Of course if you plan to be their you can speak to your own concerns but still send them to me so we have a collected CAC list of concerns. I would urge you to view the Planning Commission RTN Video to see the discussion on TC-1-10 if you were unable to attend that review.
