At last night's RCAC meeting, I agreed to forward the announcement about
Monday's meeting of the Wake County Delegates in the NC General Assembly.
This announcement is provided below.
I have also attached two documents prepared by Ken Bowers that talk about
House Bill 150. I encourage you to reach out to your City Councilors to see
how you can support them in their efforts to preserve various elements of
NCODs and the UDO and uphold the City's lease of Dorothea Dix Park.

The next meeting of the Wake County Legislative Delegation is scheduled for
Monday, March 25, 2013. The meeting will be open to the public to share
comments and concerns.

later than 11:00 am, Monday, March 25, 2013. Please provide the name of the
presenter and the topic to be discussed.
Remarks will be limited to 2 to 3 minutes, with the time being dependent
upon the number of speakers registered.
If you plan to bring handouts, please bring at least 25 copies.
