Districts.

LIKELY HOT TOPICS:
* Other housing patterns -- includes the accessory apartment, backyard
cottage and cottage court.
* Lot sizes -- minimum lot sizes are being reduced for most
residential districts. For example, the lot size for R-10 is being reduced
20% from 5,000 to 4,000 square feet for a detached house. Comparisons
between the current and proposed regulations are available here
