Yep, submitted through the webpage and work orders have been assigned.
However, I've followed up on these work orders and nothing's been done.
The only one that was fixed was the low-hanging fruit: a pole on Bennett
Street. Bennett is a relatively quiet neighborhood street and doesn't
need the kind of attention that Capital needs.

Usually they are pretty good about this. I reported one a few weeks ago
on Courtland and it was fixed relatively quickly.
Also, I had some problems with my U-Verse internet, tv and such on
Mordecai drive over the weekend. come to find out someone has gone
through the neighborhood and collected the copper ground wires from
about a half dozen poles on Mordecai drive.. So if you notice anything
strange going on, please call 911..
