I reported one a few weeks ago on Courtland and it was fixed relatively quickly. Also, I had some problems with my U-Verse internet, tv and such on Mordecai drive over the weekend. come to find out someone has gone through the neighborhood and collected the copper ground wires from about a half dozen poles on Mordecai drive.. So if you notice anything strange going on, please call 911.. I haven't run that stretch after dark since then to see if it is still out. The person on the phone said there might be bigger problems than can be fixed in a day with that light but couldn't say for sure. The one other time I reported a light out four years ago it was fixed the next day. We did talk about how to report out or malfunctioning street lights in our last CAC meeting and the information has been included in our newsletters. However, I've followed up on these work orders and nothing's been done. The only one that was fixed was the low-hanging fruit: a pole on Bennett Street.
