RCAC Members,
A meeting has been established with the Planning Department for Wednesday, January 13 to
allow input on the proposed changes to the rezoning process as outlined in the attached
document. The meeting will occur in conference room 305 of the Municipal Building (222 W.
Hargett Street) from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
The executive team wanted to provide an opportunity for review and comment prior to the
January 19 Public Hearing on this item. We will have our regularly scheduled RCAC meeting
on January 20. Thanks.
