In my opinion it does not matter much whether you choose to have two
co-chairs or a chair and vice chair. The responsibilities get shared based
on each member's strengths.

Both Five Points and Mordecai have co-chairs. My view is that it flattens
the organization and helps share responsibilities at the top.
The Downtown Living Advocates (DLA) have no structure, just a core group
that shares responsibilities. I believe there is a trend toward teams and
less structure.

Hey folks,
The East CAC is updating its bylaws and one thing to be considered is
whether we should go from our current chair/vice-chair arrangement in favor
of a co-chair arrangement.
I'd love to hear what folks think are the plusses and minuses of each one.
For those CACs with co-chairs, what made you make the leap to co-chairs and
how has it worked out for you?
