WHAT: The Comprehensive Planning Committee (CPC) will continue its
discussion about the backyard cottage. By the end of this meeting, the CPC
hopes to have a recommendation it can bring back to City Council.
Time permitting, CPC will continue its discussion about adequate
infrastructure. Good policies and rules are essential if the City is going
to grow well.
At the City Council's last UDO review meeting, it targeted February 11 as
the date for approving the UDO.
WHEN: Wednesday, January 23 at 5:00 pm.
WHERE: 222 West Hargett Street, City Council Chamber.
