During the introduction of Chapter 3, Mixed Use Districts, many questions were asked about the criteria that will be used to apply the standards for building heights and frontages in a predictable way. Since rules only enable mixed use developments, there are also concerns about potential outcomes that don't support specific objectives in the 2030 Comprehensive Plan--e.g., a comprehensive transportation system.
