The attached image from NWS Raleigh's noon briefing shows Raleigh getting anywhere from .10-.50 of ice by Saturday night. In other words, expect power outages. Your homework for this weekend (as you're sitting in the cold and dark) is to think about how CERT might communicate with each other when there is no power and no phones (wired or wireless).
