[Lockwood] White flags = free trees!

Dear Neighbors, You may notice small white flags in the right-of-way along the edge of your property; during my walk through the neighborhood today I saw them along Rumson and Marlborough Road, among the streets hit hardest by the April tornado. They were put there by the city's NeighborWoods tree-planting program to mark the spots eligible for *FREE TREES*! Please spread the word. And please consider helping out your elderly or disabled neighbors who might not be able to handle the planting and maintenance themselves. My husband and I planted a tree that the program provided to one of our elderly neighbors, and now we have the joy of watching it grow into something beautiful. Thank you, Sue Sturgis
