The (alleged) shooter's picture is on the WRAL link below and was living at E. Lenoir St. most recently, it seems. Officers found Clarence Jamel Blossom, 24, of Raleigh, dead outside a home in the 200 block of Colleton Road shortly before 10 a.m. on Friday. Police have not said what caused Blossom's death. Maahir Sallah Muhammed, 29, was taken into custody late Wednesday afternoon and was being transported to Wake County jail, police said. The investigation is ongoing.
