Hey,
I've called animal control when the same dog charged another walker in early
September.
A few weeks later your neighbor two doors down had it trapped in his backyard. It seems to
like the City's Greenway/easement lot by our homes?
In October Travis found it at our gate trying to enter into our backyard, but it took off
up the hill when he approached it.
The owners drive a jeep that is golden or beige and will occasionally drive by looking for
it.
I am not sure where they live, but it must be close by…

Over on Rumson Rd, we have been dealing with a Saint

have ended up in the emergency room so far). Fortunately, she has not hurt any humans at
this point. We have contacted the police and animal control and are in the process of
pursuing those avenues to make our neck of the woods safer for walking again and are
trying to collect as much information as possible.
My husband witnessed the tail end of an attack on a slim medium-sized black dog by this
Saint Bernard on or around September 24th, but the owner walked home and he didn't get
her name. If you are that owner or know her email address, we would be grateful for the
information. Additionally, if your dog has recently been attacked on or near Rumson by a
Saint Bernard, please let me know. Thank you for your time.

Subject: [East-CAC] weatherize your home!
Hi all,
I just got a card in the mail today from Resources for Seniors - you all probably did.
But I thought it was important enough to send out on the listserv in case you didn't
get the card or didn't look at it. This non-profit is offering FREE weatherization for
people of any age, depending on income. This looks like a great way to save money and
energy with the coming winter. There might be some people in our neighborhood who qualify!
Please share this important resource with your neighbors!
I've pasted a blurb from their web site below.

Resources for Seniors is looking for individuals and families of ANY age, who would like
to make their home more energy-efficient. This is a federally-funded program with NO costs
to the homeowner. Even renters may be able to take advantage if the landlord agrees to
participate. For more information, call 713-1570, or visit our Weatherization page!
