The scooters are parked under a motion-sensor activated flood light in the driveway. The bulbs have been burnt out in them for the past 3 weeks. I can't say whether the thieves would have been deterred if the light worked but I every other time the bulbs burn out I change them immediately. And I've never had a problem before. Also, I saw 6 for sure but believe there might have been as many as 8 or more. For the protection of your and your neighbors things PLEASE call 911 as soon as you see a group of people who simply do not appear to be where they should. Had I seen them from my porch just walking by at 10 pm I would have let an officer determine whether they were actually wandering or not. Lastly, the night before or two nights before I heard firecrackers going off a few blocks away. I am now wondering if they were being lit by the same group or at least some of the same people. Did anyone get a chance to see if it was just a pair of kids or more? What about the age? Thanks for your help.
