There will be a Neuse River cleanup effort right down the road in Lockwood this weekend.
It will be held at the Lockwood Playground. Please see the information at the link below

New subject: [longview-park-community-watch] Neuse River Cleanup Reminder
Note: If the 8am start time seems daunting for a Saturday, not to
worry, that time is only for "paddlers." Those volunteers "on-foot"
start at 10am.
