The road is expected to reopen at 6 p.m.   Westbound traffic on Hillsborough Street will be detoured north on Glenwood Avenue, west on Jones Street and south on North Boylan Street back to Hillsborough Street. Eastbound traffic on Hillsborough Street will be detoured north on North Boylan Street, east on Jones Street and south on Glenwood Avenue back to Hillsborough Street.   Customers in the area should not experience any interruption of sewer service.        City of Raleigh • 222 W.
