Today we had an incident, we called 911.  Jillian left our house on Milburnie to go do some shopping & noticed a black male on a bike starring at her and waving.  She waved & moved on.  Later when she got home, she heard the dog barking in the back room (thank god we have a dog) and when she went to see what was going on, the man was standing on our back deck looking in the door way.  She slammed the door and locked it and called 911.  He then ran away and left on his bike.  The officer who responded said to call 911 if we see him again....if ANYONE sees this man, PLEASE call 911 and give a description and let him know he's been seen peeping into people's houses. Description: Black Male, in his 20s, short hair, medium brown skin, 6ft or more tall, thin build, red athletic shirt with a number on the back, jeans, on a mountain bike.  Both times seen riding from Milburnie up Donnelly.   Again, if you see this man, CALL 911 PLEASE PASS THIS ON
