Since my husband and I are both totally blind, I don't know if this is a group of motor cycles rowaring through the neighbor hood, or one person being a pest, but we are tired of hearing this nois constantly outside. I know they have the right to go through the neighbor hood, but the noise the motorcycle makes is rediculous. I know we get our share of noises throughout the neighbor hood, but this more than what we usually deal with during a day. Is there someone who can see what's going and attempt to put a stop to this? it's been going on now for the past 2 hours. thanks, and sorry to be a pest.
