Lynch, Public Utilities Department, 919-500-9740 Jan. 3, 2013 Sewer Service Repair to Reduce Traffic Lanes on Western Boulevard Beginning on Monday, Jan. 7 the City of Raleigh will reduce the inbound and outbound lanes of traffic to one lane in the 3900 block of Western Boulevard for emergency sewer service repair. The work will be done over a three-day period, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, Jan. 9. One lane of traffic in both directions will remain open throughout the repairs. Motorists should expect traffic delays and are advised to utilize alternate routes to access the area.
