Hey neighbors, We'll be having an organizing meeting tomorrow night, July 2, at 7:00. We'll meet at my place, 500 N. King Charles Rd. I've received a little feedback from people. One idea for dividing up the list of stuff to bring is by using people's last names. So the people with last names ending in A-F would bring on type of item, G-L would bring something else... We can talk about this more tomorrow night. After the meeting tomorrow, we'll send out an update to the group with the gameplan. Another idea I received was that everyone bring their own plates and silver to reduce the amount of trash we generate. All good ideas. Let's sort them out tomorrow night.
