[RCAC] Raleigh City Council continues review of RaleighUDO. meeting 17

WHAT: The Planning Staff is bringing back the final six (6) deferred items for discussion -- comments from the Technical Review Group, additions to residential dwelling units on small lots, the backyard cottage, resource extraction, surety bonds and adequate public facilities. Any outstanding concerns need to be communicated to the City Council immediately. The final approval of the UDO could happen today, but more realistically over the next two weeks. WHEN: Monday, February 11 at 4:00 pm. WHERE: 222 West Hargett Street, City Council Chamber. LIKELY HOT TOPICS: * Backyard Cottage: The Comprehensive Planning Committee is bringing back its recommendation. An "opt-in" approach is being proposed. * Adequate Public Facilities: The Comprehensive Planning Committee is bringing back its recommendation.
