[RCAC] Fw: TC-10

The list of prohibited conditions contains most of the ones we try to get our rezoning applicants to include since they are the issues most likely to affect surrounding neighbors and the "look and feel" of the project. Personally, I have significant problems with this Text Change recommendation on a number of counts. Perhaps we need the Planning Department at our next RCAC Meeting before the public hearing to help us understand the intent and let us debate some of our concerns.
