WHAT: The Planning Staff is bringing back seven (7) items from the last meeting --
setbacks for properties without frontages, use of land-use management software to improve
infrastructure planning, site access rules, open space requirements for tall buildings,
new language for the section on Infrastructure Sufficiency, a list of the City
Council's changes to the UDO, and the proposed language for the ordinance that
approves the UDO.

* Site Access Rules: This became a hot topic during the recent review of a rezoning
case bordering the Cameron Village neighborhood. This is another case that emphasizes the
