Hey Folks,   This is typically what we have been getting from Chief Dolan. Our CAC voted not to participate in an August 31 meeting that was proposed by an "off the cuff " suggestion from Michael Ballen at the August CAC meeting. We were scheduled to attend the Sept. 1 City Council meeting to advance our Historic Chavis Park Petition  and did not want to have two nights of meetings back to back. Without notice, Chief Dolan went ahead and scheduled it , sent out notices, and held a neighborhood meeting in total disrespect to our CAC vote and request to schedule for a  later time.   Scheduling any meeting that close to Christmas and on a Saturday does not seem appropriate.
