Let's all meet up sometime next week or weekend if need be and I will have some city departments attend and see why can be done. If we can get proof of a business being run out of the house thy would be great, and photos of the cars. That is, in fact, the neighborly thing to do (that's the way I grew up). It also defines "community". Some people are so quick to "blow the whistle" on infractions without ever attempting to speak with or contacting their neighbor(s). If the parking is taken care of then it will limit how many vehicles can be there at one time and maybe eliminate the larger issue. No, they always park multiple cars in front yard, nothing new with that. Their yard was destroyed earlier this year when an out-of-control Jeep full of robbery suspects was fleeing officers and crashed into their tree. I doubt the landlords even care and currently there are no front yard parking ordinances to enforce anyways.
